Refund Policy

Try before you buy: demo videos are free and show exactly what you'll get, only with a watermark.

Unused packs: full refund

If you haven't used any credit from a pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/UK)

Credits are digital content delivered right after payment. Before paying you confirm that you want them right away and that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once they are delivered. Our own refund for untouched packs above still applies.

Used packs

Once any credit from a pack has been used, that pack can't be refunded, fully or partly. The clean videos made with it are yours to keep.

Failed renders

You never pay for a render that didn't finish: if a render fails, is cancelled or never completes, its credit is returned to your balance automatically (at the latest a few hours later). This is a credit return, not a money refund.

How to request a refund

  1. Sign in, open Account, and press Request refund next to the pack, or email support@vi2lab.com from your account's address.
  2. We review every request by hand within 3 business days. While a request is open, that pack's credits can't be used.
  3. Approved refunds are paid by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Cancellation

There are no subscriptions or recurring charges: each pack is a single one-time payment, so there is nothing to cancel. Free sign-up credits can't be refunded.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us first, we answer quickly. If a payment is disputed, that pack's credits are frozen until the dispute is resolved; if the payment is reversed, those credits are removed.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
