1. The service
Points (vi2lab.com), run by [OPERATOR NAME], turns a 3D model you provide into a point-cloud video. Everything — loading the model, rendering and encoding the video — happens in your browser on your device. We never receive your model or your video.
2. Your models
You may only upload models that you own or have the right to use this way (you confirm this before uploading). You are responsible for the models you use and the videos you make and publish. You keep all rights to your models and your videos; we claim none.
3. Account
You need an account (email or Google) to buy credits and render videos without the watermark. Keep access to your email: it is how you sign in. One person per account.
4. Credits
- Credits are bought in packs. A video without the watermark costs credits: 1 credit up to 1080×1920, 2 credits for 2K and 4K. The price is shown before you render.
- Credits don't expire. They have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money, except as a refund under section 5.
- Credits are spent when a render starts. If the render fails, is cancelled, or never finishes, the credit is returned automatically (at the latest a few hours later). Re-rendering the same model with exactly the same settings while that render is still open doesn't cost again.
- Because the video is made only on your device, it is not stored anywhere else: download it when it is done. We can't recover a video you didn't save.
- Demo videos are free and carry a "DEMO" watermark.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are available only for packs with no credits used. Once any credit from a pack has been used, that pack can't be refunded, fully or partly.
- Request a refund from your account (Account → Request refund) or by email. Each request is reviewed by hand; while it is open, the credits of that pack can't be used. Approved refunds go back the way you paid (PayPal / card through PayPal). Crypto refunds go to the sending wallet minus network fees.
- A failed render is not a reason for a money refund: its credit is returned automatically (section 4).
- Try the free demo first — it shows exactly what you'll get, only with the watermark.
- If you open a payment dispute or chargeback, the credits of that pack are frozen until it's resolved; if the payment is reversed, those credits are removed, and credits already used from it become a negative balance.
6. Fair use
Don't try to get videos without the watermark without paying, misuse the refund of failed renders, automate sign-ups, or attack the service. We may limit, review or close accounts that do; credits bought and not misused are refunded if we close an account without your fault.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". Results depend on your model and your device: very large models or weak devices may render slowly or fail (failed renders cost nothing — see section 4). To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Changes
We may change these terms; the date above shows the current version. Prices and terms that applied when you bought a pack keep applying to that pack's credits.
